正压负压二氧化氯发生器有什么不同
(1) 正压式(shi)二氧化氯发生器
正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)式(shi)(shi)二(er)氧化(hua)氯(lv)发(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)由南京理工大学科研人员(yuan)于1998年初在国内首次推出。称其(qi)为(wei)正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)式(shi)(shi)反应器(qi)是(shi)因为(wei)该种发(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)采用(yong)计(ji)量泵(beng)正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)输送原(yuan)料(liao)、正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)反应和正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)投加(jia)(jia)(jia)药(yao)液。特(te)点是(shi)可在正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)条件下反应生(sheng)成消(xiao)毒(du)(du)剂,直(zhi)接(jie)投加(jia)(jia)(jia)到(dao)带压(ya)(ya)的(de)水(shui)体中。若(ruo)与(yu)供水(shui)泵(beng)联(lian)动(dong),或与(yu)余(yu)氯(lv)在线检测仪表联(lian)用(yong),可方(fang)便(bian)的(de)实现(xian)自(zi)动(dong)比(bi)例投加(jia)(jia)(jia)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)剂。开发(fa)(fa)这(zhei)种正(zheng)(zheng)压(ya)(ya)式(shi)(shi)发(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)初衷(zhong)是(shi)为(wei)解决深井泵(beng)直(zhi)供水(shui)泵(beng)后(hou)直(zhi)接(jie)投加(jia)(jia)(jia)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)剂问题。从(cong)应用(yong)效(xiao)果看这(zhei)种发(fa)(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)不但能解决深井直(zhi)供水(shui)消(xiao)毒(du)(du)、高层水(shui)箱水(shui)塔水(shui)消(xiao)毒(du)(du),用(yong)于其(qi)它(ta)场合(he)也(ye)比(bi)负压(ya)(ya)式(shi)(shi)设备优越。其(qi)具有的(de)操(cao)作方(fang)便(bian),计(ji)量准确,便(bian)于控制等优点,尤(you)其(qi)受(shou)到(dao)使用(yong)者的(de)广泛(fan)好(hao)评。
(2) 负压式二氧化氯发(fa)生器
负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式二(er)(er)氧(yang)化氯发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)是(shi)相对正压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式二(er)(er)氧(yang)化氯发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)而言的(de)(de)(de)。负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)主要(yao)通(tong)过水(shui)射(she)器(qi)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)真空,在反(fan)应(ying)系统内(nei)产生(sheng)负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),故称为负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式。由反(fan)应(ying)器(qi)内(nei)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)将原(yuan)料吸入,反(fan)应(ying)产生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)ClO2经水(shui)射(she)器(qi)与水(shui)混(hun)合带出。1998年(nian)之前,国内(nei)的(de)(de)(de)化学法二(er)(er)氧(yang)化氯发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)多为负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式发(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)。它(ta)具有负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)进料、负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)曝(pu)气反(fan)应(ying)、负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)吸收、负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)投(tou)加等环节,全程(cheng)负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)运行,有较高的(de)(de)(de)安全性(xing)和(he)可靠(kao)性(xing)。负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)式反(fan)应(ying)工艺的(de)(de)(de)采用,主要(yao)是(shi)基(ji)础安全上的(de)(de)(de)考虑。由于ClO2是(shi)极不稳定的(de)(de)(de)气体物质(zhi),若与空气混(hun)合很容易产生(sheng)爆(bao)炸(zha)。反(fan)应(ying)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)全程(cheng)负(fu)(fu)压(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)反(fan)应(ying)工艺较好地(di)解决了ClO2泄(xie)露的(de)(de)(de)问题。
